Dear hiring team, 

My name is Devan Pomeroy – graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington, class of 2022. I’ve earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance. Prior, I’ve worked for the IRS and TD Bank. From the beginning of my adulthood post graduation, I’ve hoped to land a position that is conducive to my interests and education. Upon further digging into your company and the job posting, I know I can grow into a key asset to your team.

 In each of my previous jobs there was a heavy emphasis on customer service. Now, I’d like to take a step in a new direction. My thought processes’ have always been very analytical and methodical in problem solving and performing tasks; I excel in evaluating situations and creating appropriate solutions based on the evidence presented to me. This is what attracted me to this job in the first place. Being able to use my brain and skill set in it’s most natural form would be extremely motivating and satisfying from a career standpoint.
