  • Support the Men’s Apparel Running and Fitness Merch team in building global consumer right assortments - Leveraging POS analysis, retail acumen, and geo led insights to serve the consumer's and marketplace needs, to create line plan optimization and build business growth.
  • With trust from my team, took ownership and led assortment strategies in the following areas; In partnership with x-functional partners, grew the Men's Trail Running Apparel business season over season in investment and revenue. Managed the Men's Fitness Tee portfolio, ~35M in Revenue each season, right sizing the assortment and influencing graphic execution inputs in partnership with Geo Merch and Product.
