• Certified Trainer: Demonstrated the ability to teach new hires how to work positions on the floor with excellence and poise.

• Shift Leader: Understand how to be in charge of the floor, overseeing all things from operational excellence to team member breaks, and handling money at the end of the day, inputting it into our system.

• Training Coordinator (5 months, 01/2025-05/2025): helped to oversee our training department, building out schedules to ensure success for our new hires. Who they train with, what positions they hold, and at what time in their development, all while following up with both new hires and the trainers for feedback.

• Contracted by theChapel to lead worship for their 1st-5th grade day camp experience.
• Responsibilities included scheduling teams and overseeing rehearsals for worship team members, submitting motion backs, new song ideas, and lyrics to the production team, and ensuring a successful time of worship for 1st-5th grade students Monday through Friday, and the adult congregation the ensuing weekend.
