My 5 year plan
I've worked in countless places and have never seen or felt any progress towards any new responsibilities, tasks , or opportunities as I have since I started working at Amazon. The lack of stagnation at Amazon is astounding and I would really like to be apart of bringing everyone around me up and giving them the feeling of being needed and wanted in the work place like I have since starting in October. I would really like to continue moving forward and learning everything I can from Amazon. My 5 yeargoal is to continue moving up at Amazon and become a tier 5 that is proficient and confident at everything I do.
