Transgender Advocates Knowledgeable Empowering (TAKE) provides supportive services for trans people of color to help improve their quality of life.

• Facilitated a weekly in person social support group of 10-25 people for the trans masculine community, focused on redefining and centering healthy masculinity titled "Transform"
• Lead the Healthy Choices program doing Outreach, recruitment & engagement of YMSM 18-24 doing status neutral sexual health education and risk reduction counseling
• Lead Project Vogue NYC: Outreach, recruitment & engagement of BMSM 18-35, scheduled and completed intake appointments, developed Individualized action plans, and provided treatment education and adherence support for HIV+ Black men in New York City
