• My tasks and responsibilities primarily include shaping and heat-treating various products, as well as being flexible and able to float to other departments. I excel at multitasking and time management when preparing and heat-treating multiple pieces at once.

• As a kitchen manager I was responsible for ordering all kitchen supplies and food stock, creating new dishes, reducing waste, and keeping the entire kitchen efficient and on task. When I started at Dash In, I strived and succeeded in learning every position so I could be as useful as possible. Once becoming the manager, this knowledge and adaptability was essential in my own as well as the business’s success.

• I began working at Pint & Slice as I became a freshman in high school. I learned how to talk with customers, learned time management as well as multitasking. I became efficient in managing many items with various cooking times in the ovens at once. Once graduating, I transitioned into shift manager, which increased my responsibilities, which included taking care of the cash drawer, managing the staff during my shift, and securing the building.
