Mr. Smith earned the 1st place banner by ED for the initial scoring on ED’s scorecard, the Competitive Performance Continuance Surveillance (CPCS). Continued his collection performance initiatives, by leading a successful turnaround for FAMS as Contract Administrator, by improving their ranking from 13th to 2nd place on ED’s CPCS in 6 months.
