I took care of a man who had a traumatic brain injury in his home. I changed his incontinent brief along with his personal clothes. I performed incontinence care on him. I transfered him to and from his bed and chair. I cooked meals for him and fed him when needed. I also performed some light housework such as washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry. I vacuumed the carpet and mopped the floor as needed. I accompanied him to doctor appointments in the families personal wheelchair accessible van. I worked 60 hours a week, all hours of the day and night taking care of this man for his family. His family became my family and they treated me as such.
