Accomplishments

  • Created and implemented Asset Management Division at Sudberry Properties, Inc. in 2018 overseeing its annual Capital Expenditure success within a variety of Asset types including Multi-family Residential as well as Commercial and Retail. Several of those annual projects exceeded $1.1M. Project enhancements identified, specified, and completed included HVAC replacement, roofing, paving, interior redecorating, windows, interior & exterior painting, energy conservation projects and leasing office/amenities renovations.
