- My responsibilities at BoDeans consisted of removing/ adding, disassembling, sanitizing, and reconstructing parts for lines. On the back side of the lines I would also be in charge of cold jetting the baking chain and starting up the lines. Apart from start ups and sanitation, I was also in charge of receiving and responding to call backs immediately, these call backs included anything from checking the quality of the product, to helping the packers, to cleaning up the lines and etc.. I was also involved in a new organization at Bodeans called the safety committee. This small organization came up with ideas and solutions to keep everyone as safe as possible, including company meetings in regards to lock out-tag out information, chemical safety, and chaos control.

- Responsible for taking care of ice cream mix, including refilling and hooking up tanks. In addition to refilling mix, also filling up extra ingredients like pails of fudge that were over 50 lbs, peanuts, and chocolate. Multitasking with these task I would also take care of my packers with cleaning up around them so they wouldn’t hurt themselves with slips and trips, and helping them when needed with the machines. When needed I would also take over for my operator during breaks, or if they called in. Communicated my ideas and solutions to my supervisor and team to conclude a definitive solution. With the help of my team, AMOs and operator, I would move parts around, take them off, and add new ones for changeover, or switching to a different product.
