In charge of disposing of all the documentation needed for exportation, issuing the export bond, coordinating truck movements for cargo arriving in coloaded services, verifying the cargo measurements match the information received in the BIs, and ensuring that all charges generated have been billed to the responsible party (collect and prepaid).
- As the FTF department is relatively new in the organization, I have characterized the process to facilitate the identification of the parties involved and their responsibilities. I also created a detailed SOP for the position.

Responsibilities include managing customers, coloaders, truckers, and agents at the destination, ensuring all shipments are loaded as quickly as possible, and guaranteeing all storage, crating, and repalletizing charges are correctly invoiced to the responsible party.
- Responsible for solving documentation issues that the PRC Team cannot handle and need to be solved directly with the agents at the origin and the destination, customers, and other internal stakeholders involved.
- I am also responsible for maintaining the COB dashboard. To do so, I must investigate the MBLs that are not provided on time and collaborate with the Pre-alert Team to promptly issue sailing confirmations and final BLs for both coloads and full loads.
- As a member of the LCL Operations and Documentation teams, I collaborate to ensure the accuracy of the analysis sheet, which helps the MIA office achieve more profitable loadings. I also characterized the export process to identify the correct team involved in each stage and ensure that no reprocessing is necessary. This tool can be used during training to facilitate understanding of the export process.
