• I used to work as a cashier and customer service representative at Bel Furniture. Some of my responsibilities were to process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at checkout, schedule furniture deliveries, answer incoming phone calls, assist customers with questions, concerns, and other inquiries, provide good customer service by resolving issues related to returns, inconveniences, and general customer support with a friendly and professional attitude, while assisting customers in person or over the phone.

I worked as a manager's assistant at D’gusto. I managed inventory, recorded all entries and shipments, and received pallets with materials and new products. I verified that all items were present and in good condition. I checked recipes, documented inventory details in a logbook, and updated the information in the system. I managed shipping by reviewing recipes, writing details in the logbook, and updating the system accordingly.
