My primary duties were preparing meals by followimg recipes for approximately 35 residents. I assisted with the dining room setup and cleanup after meals. I also worked with sanitation of utensils and overall kitchen area. I was also responsible for daily rotation of dry and refrigerated food so as to avoid serving outdated food.

I was responsible for the selection of certain products used to ensure proper packaging, as outlined in company regulations. During my position as a packer, I learned to read and follow diagrams as to specific product packaging.

Followed detailed instructions to operate machines with accuracy, and produce quality products while meeting hourly quotas.

While meeting hourly quotas, I was responsible for applying various products to meet regulated requirements on vehicles ranging from household vehicles to 18 wheeler transfer trucks.
