Processed both saturation and variable mailing lists for the Graphics Team to utilize for print and production. Assisted the Sales Team with locating variables specific to the clients needs. Worked directly with Corporate Account clients to enter orders into our system and provided creative to the Graphics Team to create a print and mail advertising ad within tight deadlines, proofread ads, followed up on preprinted copy that had not arrived at our facility for mailing, updated profiles and maps upon request. Provided customer service and promptly addressed concerns. Also worked as an Admin Assistant to the CEO, writing letters and making sales and volume reports at his request.
