Started as a Department Manager, within 2 years was promoted to a Customer service Manager. After 1 year was promoted to an Assistant store Manager. I was the youngest Assistant Store Manager in the Chain. I implemented their new register systems and installed them in all district stores. I was the district trainer on Planogram standards and implementing them. I opened and closed the store on a rotational basis with the store manager.
