Mountain Biking and Gravel Riding/Racing

I have been a passionate endurance athlete for over 30 years, having run 6 marathons, including qualifying for and running The Boston Marathon. 

I've completed several ultra-running events as well as multiple triathlons of all distances, including 2 Ironman distance triathlons, and qualified for USAT age group national championships.


I have shifted into mountain biking and gravel riding and racing over the last 6 years.
