- Started at Jimdi as a supervisor overseeing a team of 16 people. Was responsible to lead the team to run production to ensure on time delivery.
- Quickly moved into Production Manager Role. When serving in that role was responsible to lead all 3 shifts to achieve goals set from management. Effectively lead the teams of supervisors to lead their teams
- Then was promoted to the General Manager. While in the position I was in charge of all departments within the company. Ensuring that the teams within the organization understood their roles.
- Working with the company's customers and tool shops as new tools came in during launches to ensure production would be kicked off quickly and correctly.
- Ensuring the teams in the organization were communicating by leading morning team huddles where they would share issues to collaborate to help with teamwork within the team.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity. Implementation of 5S and automation to increase productivity and efficiency.

- During Covid was a supervisor that had to run then entirely of the operations of the area because of the short staffing. Running machines, changing over the machines and managing shipments.

I also have a 2013 Goldwing that I will take on trips throughout the state, love finding little dinners that you have never heard of and trying them out
