Reading, founding member in a book club started 20 years ago
A group of about 5 or six of us started talking about books we were reading and decided to start a book club reading from black authors, know and unknown. We meet monthly and have added meals and its a great way to get together. It has grown to over 20 members. We volunteer as a group as well. We have taken anniversary trips also to celebrate us.
