I work for Sodexo. In the Bergstrom Airport, Austin, Texas. That's in the Delta Sky Club. We made food of different countries, such as American food, Mexican food, Japanese food, Chinese food, Indian food, etc.

We made fresh food, such as salads, hot food, all food is fresh, fresh cookies, brownies, vegan soup, and chicken noodle soup. We change the menu every 2 weeks; it's different food.

• We made tacos, New York steaks, quesadillas, ceviche, etc. I know all about temperatures of steaks and I have experience with salads, fryer, grill, and flat top. We Make Mexican food.
