Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from the design phase through final delivery.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to established costs and timelines.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors).

• Oversee compliance with safety standards and local, regulations.

• Control the quality of materials and construction processes on-site.

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and clients.

• Track project progress through technical reports and regular meetings.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Manage change orders and contractual documentation.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards, such as those established by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and American Concrete Institute ( ACI-318)

• Oversee permits and coordinate with local regulatory agencies.

Supervision and coordination of field work, such as: earthworks, formwork, assembly of steel structures, coordination of work and execution of works, supervision of work according to approved plans.
