I ran a crew and did my own billing/po to builders (mostly dr Horton) I’ve laid all kinds of pipe sewer , storm , water , drains , natural gas and all kinds of power/fiber I kept up with my employees hours and also ran equipment I’ve ran just about everything there is I can finish grade with any size trackhoes , trackloaders (953-963s) all size dozers etc I also am fully trained on topcon and Trimble gps systems

I was over all DR Horton development for residential sites so I would contact many builders and do scheduling , change orders , meetings with inspectors , I ran equipment and set up gps systems for operators , we did clearing / all pipe / all grading including landscaping , basement cuts and backfills and we also did mass grading (cutting in roads , grading lots etc)
