• Led the effort to modernize three on-premise Big Data and Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions into a single, logical, cloud-based platform. Drove the adoption of a modern architecture through RFI, RFPs and POCs to select cloud based Data Lake, Database, and Data Integration platforms.
• Hired and coached a highly skilled team of 30+ members across 4 geographical locations to deliver the new enterprise Consumer Data Platform built in the cloud. Mentored teams through the transformation from waterfall and agile methodologies into Scaled Agile Framework.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security and Brand Management to create an governance program that manages and protects TWDC consumer data and to be compliant with consumer laws like CCPA.
