• BCBSNC has updated all the components including subscriber, Plan, and payment systems from Power MHS (Legacy) to Facets (Latest)
• With this project all current reports which are on Power MHS healthcare application are updated to Facets application with proactive model drive by data analytics, solid vendor management practices and robust operations policy and procedure achieving targeted medical and operating expense savings, meeting industry benchmarks
• Lead developer in project to identify and report on key performance indicators metrics within BCBSNC
• Gathered Business Requirements by interacting with Business Users and creating FRD's by working with SME's and Architects
• Analyzed source systems and converted Functional specification document (FRD) to Technical Specification document for Reporting purposes
• Design and develop universes (Semantic layer) using SAP Business Objects suite 4.x (aka Business Objects) using Information design tool/Universe design tool
