I am a experienced Roofing Estimator with over 20 years working in the roofing industry in Kent. I am skilled in cost estimation, product sourcing and procurement of roofing materials and have excellent time management including face to face meetings and over the phone conversations with existing and potential new customers. I have successfully organised work loads and a work force of fifteen operatives to co-inside roof tile lead times. In the last twenty years I have gained professional knowledge in all aspects of roofing with particular strengths in meeting deadlines, ensuring projects are run smoothly and within the budget alongside a high quality of customer service. I have knowledge of resolving customer problems and solving problems on different levels as they arise.
Despite my years of experience I am not complacent so I would be adaptable to new approaches which arrive within the roofing sector. I am adept in reading and analysing drawings including roof specifications and any scope of work individual to each tender.
If I was successful in the role, I would be driven to deliver high-quality service and consistent results. As my last company carried out a large number of contracts in the Kent area I am very knowledgeable of the wide range of roofing products and accessorise from manufactures for both pitched and flat roof aspects. I would work hard to increase success through effective work strategies and continue the high reputation of the company. Additionally I would strive to maintain my excellent contacts with building contractors and roofing suppliers in the Kent area in order to assist with the role. I work effectively on my own but equally as part of a team.
