TPgM

Google Research
11.2021 - Current
  • Spearheading Sentinenl Program for Health AI, ensuring compliant and sustainable data handling practices across organization.
  • As TPgM lead for Project Validus, colloborating with xFn-xPA teams and built streamlined evaluation framework, implemented rigorous quality control measures, and established well-defined governance structure. This significantly accelerated launch velocity of high-quality cloud-based models, embeddings, and task APIs.
  • TPgM for launching healthcare foundational model - Med-PaLM/ MedLM . Developed streamlined onboarding process for early-entry customers, enabling efficient integration and rapid feedback collection that drove product roadmap and development decisions.
  • Championed initiative within Research to prepare for Digital Marketing Act (DMA), collectively as a group we ensured ~46M data objects were accurately annotated.
  • Led pilot launches for customers 2-4 while scaling G4C for multi-client support (22 Care Studio releases, 94 launches since Dec 2021). Thrived in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Overhauled G4C release process, resulting in combined time savings of ~200 days across all teams. Streamlined workflows reduced release artifacts from 8 to 1, and simplified release note creation.
  • Established "Horizontal Eng Review" series platform designed to promote both internal and cross-pillar collaboration, fostering knowledge sharing across engineering organization.
  • TPgM lead for Code Yellow effort to decouple Data Platform and X-Join which expedited time-to-market by ~15 days for each release cycle
  • Designed launch framework necessary to release features when ready, migrate from single tenant to multi tenant architecture and for monthly data releases to customers (go/g4c-cs-feature-launch-playbook)
  • Facilitated cross-functional team retrospectives, fostering open communication and actively incorporating diverse perspectives to develop data-driven process improvement strategy.
  • Mentored junior TPgM, accelerating their learning curve and equipping them to support release and launch process.
