As a high school athlete I gained the ability to support teammates, and friends. This skill relates to the business field as I am willing to assist on the successful completion of any task. Being part of a successful athletic team has taught me importance of helping teammates when they need it and supporting them, especially through difficulties. The same concepts apply to work and helping coworkers. In the restaurant business it can be very close corners, busy, confusing, and stressful. Since working in this field I have continued to strengthen my skills to communicate properly and make myself aware while maintaining composure and focus while also helping others to keep the flow of business maintained. While working as a cashier and washer I have achieved the ability to sell a product and continue to improve my skills with customer service. Motivated Plumbing Apprentice knowledgeable about using equipment and maintaining site safety. Excellent listening, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective at organizing and cleaning up worksites to keep jobs moving smoothly. Good repair and maintenance skills.
