- To facilitate inventory sales, I maintain ongoing communication with buyers, identifying their needs during meetings. As a result, I've successfully secured additional orders ranging from a minimum of 1,000 units to 20,000 units. Thanks to this approach, we have efficiently cleared out off-season inventory that had been on warehouses for over a year
- In the course of meetings, actively gathering design-related requirements from buyers, we incorporated new colors. This effort resulted in securing an additional order of 21,600 units. For the BOYS' line, sensitivity to firearms or slogans was observed, and by making design changes, prevented a potential misorder of about 10,800 units
- Oversee the overall process from product ordering to ETW and shipping until the products are distributed to buyers. Primarily, every Monday, I generate an order status report to ensure that the ordered products for each account are smoothly dispatched. Additionally, in the event of any delays in product procurement during the transportation process, promptly notify buyers. This proactive measure aims to minimize the impact of bulk shipments of the same product within a month, preventing weakened selling results
