During my time as Desk Sergeant from November of 2019 to April of 2020, I coordinated the reduction in overall Maintenance Action Form (MAF) counts on all aircraft from over 203 to a total of 55 MAFs. March of 2020 saw the best aircraft readiness in unit history at 69.4%. While deployed at sea with extended working hours, I managed to mentor and train three of my junior Marines, allowing them to be granted their Plane Captain qualifications. As a Collateral Duty Inspector on my aircraft, I oversaw and signed for 3,146.4 Man-hours. I was moved from Demo/Laborer to Apprentice Carpenter after three months of work, I then completed my first whole project within nine months of being at Advance Design Studio.
