Med Team Associate

- Job responsibilities based on being the liaison between psychiatrists/ med team and clients
- Updates on the medical team include monitoring lab results, Suboxone program regulations, and court mandates
- Paperwork includes copy and/or electronic documents; perform routine record keeping; compile, research, process relevant case information
- Assist in contacting customers to obtain information to solve problems and case related errors, exchange or collect information with clients
- Review schedules to make necessary corrections; complete accurate and timely data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a highly satisfying experience for clients
- Drafting and handling documentation around clients
- And training of consent and permissions in regards to HIPAA
- Responsible for acting as the lead Credentialing Specialist and assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of the credentialing process required by State and Federal laws, hospital accreditation and NCQA standards.
- Reviewing all files for accuracy and completeness, performing credentialing analysis, reviewing physician data management, and preparing policies and procedures to meet licensing standards.
- Prepared a variety of documents using a number of databases, graphics, spreadsheets, and word processing software applications. Provides general office support services (e.g. filing, telephones, word processing, etc.) as required or directed.
