SERV is Kansas City's newest award winning pickle ball and entertainment facility. SERV KC provides personalized catering and service along with a unique play and hangout environment for friends, parties, and corporate events.

• Prepared and served food and alcoholic beverages including wine, craft beer, and custom cocktails to 400-500 customers/night.
• Maintained a clean, organized, and well-stock bar area by managing inventory, wiping down surfaces, loading and unloading dishes, and replenishing fresh ingredients.

Hallbrook Country Club is one of Kansas City's premier country clubs, boasting a renowned golf and country club experience. In addition to golf and fine dining services, the clubhouse offers catering, banquet services, and personalized social events.

• As a Locker Room Attendant/ Bartender I performed opening and closing duties for the bar, dining area, patio, and locker room to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the facility.
• The Locker Room saw an average volume of 175+ members/day, providing full bar and dining services, while simultaneously providing exceptional locker room and golf services. (Due to limited staffing, 5 of the 8 hour shifts were managed by a single attendant.)
• I Interacted warmly, courteously and professionally with all members and associates, cultivating a lively, inviting atmosphere while accommodating all member requests.

Red Door Woodfired Grill is a high volume, upscale restaurant with a variety of food options from the woodfired grill scratch kitchen, seat filling happy hour, friendly and efficient service, and a warm lively atmosphere.

• Red Door was the perfect place to learn the ins and outs of the service industry, through their in-depth training protocols.
• I learned and performed all opening and closing front of house duties, steps of service, table side interactions, and how to maximize efficiency through continuous patterns of movements and actions.
• Through seeking out personal coaching, I received personalized tips, pointers, and critiques to enhance and sharpen my skills and knowledge from the restaurants top performers and experienced managers.
