My responsibilities within the pharmacy included but where not limited to:

• the handling, sorting, packaging and dispensing of medications with meticulous accuracy.
• checking the validity of prescriptions and inputting these prescriptions into the system while performing calculations to ensure patients are receiving the correct dosages.
• identifying and resolving the discrepancies between insurance billings so that patients can receive medications at a reasonable price.
• Maintained daily inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensured proper storage conditions.
• Provided customer service to patients by answering questions about medications and health-related topics.
• Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

• I performed multiple tasks as assigned by my managers which includes but not limited to, packaging of food, cleaning, and helping customers.
• Restocked kitchen supplies including food products and utensils.
• Performed cashier duties such as taking orders, collecting payments and providing change.
• Educated customers on menu items, product ingredients and nutritional values.
