I have been in the telecom field for 21 years. Started with DMS250 Voice network then switching over to the IP Network. Quick to learn and take initiatives. Enjoy taking on challenges. I will take the lead and won't stop until issue is fix. On several issues I had be flexible with my work schedule. In order to accommodate other involved groups to troubleshoot. Some of the issues that I have worked on and was given a recognition award for was Console issues which prevented groups from doing maintenances. Second award would be Cata outage and running a bridge when we were short staffed (2 employees). We had 1 Cata and 5 Lods come in and 1 of the LOD's had 137 links. I did most of the task in getting the ball rolling on the Cata by myself while also working on multiple LOD's including the one with 137 links. I was also recognize for strong leadership and attention to detail. Example of that would be me taking initiatives on many of the more complex issues and works them until they are complete which in many instances takes days to complete. I have developed an excellent rapport with numerous organizations within Verizon. I have been very instrumental with getting the newer engineers up to speed with all aspects of the job. I have played a major role with the launch of KIRKE. I was also part of the team that conducted UAT testing and reported all issues. I have also created various Process Flows for MSE IF routers. I took the lead on major issues that needed attention. One to give example: Netflix IP issue which was escalated to Joe Russo. Several teams assisted in getting issue resolved.
