i was responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the recipe. I also made sure kitchen and my station were clean and to standard. i was responsible for servicing the guest during time of service. i also made sure labels were up to date, and communicate to my chef team if we were running low on product. made sure all food was up to temp at the beginning of service and at the end of service.

• I was also in charge of troubleshooting amazon robotics, station issue and making sure items or bins did not jam on the conveyer

• Prepped and deliver to-go orders
• Prep salads, sauces, and desserts for the day
• Train new servers
• Helped big events
• Answering phone calls to take residents orders

• I was responsible for receiving and stocking freight for the store
• As well as setting season display for the freight
• I would also be tasked to open and close the store during the week
• Along with writing employees schedules and submit payroll
