i was responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the recipe. I also made sure kitchen and my station were clean and to standard. i was responsible for servicing the guest during time of service. i also made sure labels were up to date, and communicate to my chef team if we were running low on product. made sure all food was up to temp at the beginning of service and at the end of service.
