- I currently have (40) years of experience in my construction industry, starting in 1985.
- I ran the day to day operations of the company; all aspects of our business.
- I specifically oversaw estimating and every project my company was going to pursue bidding. I oversaw all of the markups (GSM) on the jobs.
- I did all of the final negotiations with the client as well.
- I was involved in every one of our projects with my team of project managers.
- I was in charge of all of the A/R (accounts receivable).
- I dealt directly with all of the vendors, manufacturers, sales reps, contractors, etc.
- I was in charge of our website.
