I was medically retired in August of 2009 from the United States Army due to injuries. I was on disability from that time until December of 2022. I was able to come off of disability due to the surgical fusion of my right SI joint. My time at Serendipity Farm Company was possible due to my wife owning the business. I completed tasks as my body allowed. Recent surgery, (August of 2022,) has dramatically improved my ability to work.

• Answered customer questions regarding store merchandise, department information, and pricing.
• Removed damaged inventory from stock and ensured freshness and quality of inventory.
• Managed store replenishment, and analyzed buying reports.

• Secured boats to docks with mooring lines and cast off lines to enable departure.
• Oversaw crew members on daily basis, verifying safety compliance, maintenance management and general team member performance.
• Kept up to date on crew needs and inventories in order to maintain adequate supplies for forecasted demand.
• Towed, pushed or guided other boats, barges or rafts.
• Performed search and rescue missions.
