10 Years 10 MonthsI have eleven years experience in special education and have been an Interrelated Resource Teacher & Caseworker for the last four years. I have established positive relationships with students and their parents. I have enjoyed collegial relationships with general and special education teachers and paraeducators. I have created and taught special education instruction differentiated to accommodate the varied needs of my students. I have created and maintained special education program documents (IEPs) that serve the needs of my students and meet the legal requirements of the State of Kansas. I am fluent in education platforms including FastBridge, Google Classroom, and Schoology. I have used AI to format transition statements on IEPs. My most significant accomplishment has been to be a positive influence in the lives of many students. This has been my raison d'être for many years now.
