Managed District Bus and White Fleet, Maintenance trucks and Grounds equipment. Ensured that vehicles where maintained and serviced properly, kept all applicable records. Make sure all vehicles are kept within both DOT and DPS standards. Built vehicle specs and ordered new District Vehicles and when they are received make sure they meet all ordered specifications. Work with Transportation Director on annual budgets and projected needs both in vehicles, parts and equipment. Manage all PO's for Fiscal Year and all procurement purchases.

Complete repairs and manage fleet operations for school districts, and construction fleets. Repairs made on site and also at our fleet shop. Complete all levels of repairs from PM services to engine replacement , AC repairs and all other minor repairs. Complete bids and quotes for work, make sure work is completed satisfactorily and on time as much as possible. Manage appropriate business licenses, insurance and taxes.

Managed all fleet operation, including parts and vehicle purchases. Utilized both RTA and Zonar to complete work order processing, parts inventory and ordering. Managed a 2 shift operation, with focus on both shifts communicating and worked together to keep vehicle operations moving forward.

Worked with Fleet Manager to keep all city vehicles including Police, Fire and Public Works ready and online for duty. Managed department budget with Department Admin and made sure all purchases and procurement where done properly.
