Summary

U.S. ARMY Veteran | I bring a Behavioral Health foundation to clinical informatics and EHR data quality. I worked in MHS GENESIS, AHLTA, CHCS, and Essentris and reconciled more than 200 open encounters to improve documentation quality. After GENESIS installation, I ran workflow validation and UAT support to confirm roles and permissions, required fields with hard and soft stops, and clinic queues. I prepared teams for The Joint Commission by updating EAP and sustaining CAF above 90 percent, and I used Excel PivotTables and Power Query to build training trackers and monthly KPI rollups. I completed U.S. Army service in 2024 and keep an active SECRET clearance. I am learning SQL and Python, and I am building practical familiarity with Power BI and Tableau. I am targeting associate or entry clinical informatics and EHR data quality roles.
