Donna Domiano

I am a casework manager professional with extensive experience in child welfare services. I am skilled in effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with community agencies, court systems and law enforcement. I spent 24 years as a caseworker working directly with families to assure children were in safe and stable home environments and that families had all of their basic needs met. I spent 13 of those years as a school based caseworker in the Hanover Area school district working with students, teachers and families to promote positive educational outcomes for kids who were struggling in school and at home. As a supervisor and manager, I focused on providing education and support to staff to enhance their assessment skills, verbal and written skills and promote a positive working environment. I am skilled in completing record reviews and adhering to state regulations and timeframes for completion of work. I have good communication and organization skills and also time management skills.
