Successfully managed a failing retail store bringing in comp sales of 40% after 3 months. Instead of closing store as corporate originally planned -store was expanded and remodeled. Actively hired and trained staff, ordered store merchandise, setting POG, effectively controlled shrink, payroll, and expenses.
