  • Serves as a member of the Payroll Team in the accurate and timely processing of multi-frequency payroll with multiple EIN's and pay groups, including Weekly, Semi-monthly Salary and Commission and Monthly Bonus payrolls for 1200+ employees. This includes Hourly, Flat-Rate/Flag Technicians, Managers, Sales Commissions, bonuses and Dealer Trade Drivers.
  • Import RTH/Flag files. Maintain electronically employee's time sheets, verify approval, look for missed punches and timely submission from managers at 20 locations. Review and validate all new hire information in UKG Pro. Manage Employee records, salary adjustments, special bonuses and payments, tax allocations, Direct Deposit, all employee deductions, benefits, insurance, garnishments, child support, VOE's. PTO accruals and balances.
  • Run multiple reconciliation, detail registers, deduction reports and other required reporting for processing, review and final compensation. Keep accurate records, filing / archiving all payroll and back up documentation for payroll and auditors. Prepare Monthly Reports for the Controllers and any reports requested by managers. Stays up to date on any training and KnowBe4 security.
