-Analyze business and system related requirements to effectively test change being implemented.

-Update testing and delivery tools as defined by the Software Development Life Cycle.

-Assist as needed in the create and maintenance of testing documentation.

-Develops and maintains test scenarios to be used on an ongoing basis and works with the business line to update as necessary.

-Facilitate the collaboration and review of E2E test scenarios with BA's, Developers, and Business Line.

-Execute test scenarios and document results if needed to assist in resolving testing issues for the team.

-Execute test scripts and document the expected and actual results.

-Ensures testing is completed thoroughly and backup is documented and saved in proper locations.

-Follows established methodology, processes, and templates established within the CMO.

-Maintains subject matter expertise on assigned systems and projects.

-Serves as a UAT subject matter expert for the testing of projects/releases.

-Stays up-to-date on business policies, processes, and procedures.

-Work with all teams to effectively test, address defects, and resolve issues in order to complete assigned tasks.

-Works in collaboration with the project team on requirements, systems diagrams, and process flows.

-Works with TOS counterparts to effectively test functionality of changes and incorporate said changes into a test scenario format to be utilized.

-Contributes to the creation of the test strategy.

-Assist in analyzing, dispositioning, and assigning post-production defects.

-Ability to track time and manage time effectively between releases/projects.
