Began career with Department of Children's Services as an FSW in Union Co. carrying a foster care caseload beginning on 12/31/2001 and transitioned to a Multi-faceted Regional Facilitator for the East region of the Department of Children's Services for the past 18 years covering a wide range of Child and Family Team meetings to develop strength's based action plans to meet the family's needs and catered the plans to make them unique to the family's strengths and needs. Spear headed best practice trends in the East region and modeled those practices. Certified back-up facilitator candidates and completed their assessments to provide to Central office. Have assisted the region with carrying caseloads in the past due to low staffing in the region and currently am assisting foster care with completing F2F visit's out of region with contract foster home and contract residential placements with East region youth. Complete documentation of Child and Family Team meetings that are moderated and submit into the TFACT's file. Currently involved in the Mentoring certification program in order to provide better qualified training and preparation of new employee's in the region.
