Accomplishments

  • Helped Multi-Craft Contractors stay safety compliant with OSHA standards through providing OSHA 10/30 courses and construction safety onboarding. This has contributed to lowering the companies T.RI.R, E.M.R and D.A.R.T numbers. Our current Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) is 1.32.
  • I have created and managed two apprenticeship programs that are registered with the Department of Labor. This has helped our employees feel valued and invested in and has also aided in our ability to stay compliant with the Inflation Reduction Act which as brought more prevailing wage contractors to the company.
