  • Analyze and confirm correspondence meet the laws and mandates promulgated by Congress and are consistent with ETA’s Assistant Secretary and Secretary of Labor’s policies
  • Perform back-up lead correspondence analyst, overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department’s response letter templates and develop strategic processes to keep template library current and accessible to ETA’s program offices
  • Review, analyze, assign, and monitor controlled and non-controlled executive correspondence from the public, academia, Congress, the White House, States, foreign heads of state, state representatives, and other governmental agencies
