Always working closely with Operations to maintain high inventory standards, in the last 6 to 8 months I have been partnering with Operations leadership learning how to be proactive with the business. Recently, there has been strong involvement on the warehouse floor, coaching employees when necessary as well as looking for potential improvements where fit. I have also been involved with planning and understanding trends to drive proper staffing. Additionally, partnering with the AGM, I have been involved with difficult conversations. Initially sitting in as witness to employee conversations leading to conducting the conversations myself with guidance and issuing corrective actions.
