I started as a design consultant, and was asked to take over a struggling market. I enjoyed this challenge immensely, and was integral in creating a successful branch.

Working with Developers, lenders, and REO's Nationwide. Currently based in Florida. I love the Real Estate Industry, as I've been involved in Title, as an agent, developer, and investor most my adult life.

• I founded Big FD as a management company. Guns N’ Roses quickly promoted me as their manager, in the beginning I employed 8 full-time team members.As the band began its exponential growth with me at the helm, this number grew to over 230 people. In addition to Guns N’ Roses, I kept a small roster of bands — it was never my intent to have a large roster as it was more important to me to be selective in scouting talent. In addition to Guns N’ Roses’ fame, during the company’s 17-year tenure I nurtured Blind Melon from a start-up band to a multiple platinum-selling artist and, upon taking over management for Xzibit, I was able to generate buzz, visibility, and marketing to increase album sales from 375K of his first record to more than 4.25M copies of his second.

My reputation for professionalism started to grow and Guns N’ Roses hired me as their tour manager. In addition to looking after the band, I was now responsible for every aspect of the tour on a daily basis. In addition to the band’s performance, scheduling, itinerary, and safety, I often found myself dealing with new and challenging situations that required quick and creative resolutions.
