Owner of JBW Sports LLC known as Bases Loaded located in Carlisle, Pa. We operated out of a 11,000 square foot facility that was personally owned and managed. The focus of the business was life impact thru baseball and softball training specializing in hitting and all aspects of the game. As an owner I personally trained over 10,000 athletes with ages ranging from 9 years old to 25 years old. The basis of the training came from many years in both sports working at the local levels and Collegiate level (Division III) with several years as an Associate Scout for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego.
