Designed and implemented large scale GIS projects. Responsible for maintaining project schedules and budgets. I also over saw the daily production of 6-10 technicians. I developed and modified tools and menus for staff digitizing and quality control. Maintained daily contact with clients and off-site production staff.
• Successfully designed and managed the digitization and attribution of over 200,000 water wells and over 100,000 gas and oil wells for Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources.
• In partnership with Ohio Penal Industries, saved the State Of Ohio over 1 million dollars on GIS and Data Conversion services.

Workstation operator responsible for digitizing a wide variety of GIS and Automated Mapping projects. Worked on several of the largest tax mapping projects ever done in the State of Ohio; Franklin County and CAGIS (Cincinnati Area GIS). My steadily increased levels of responsibilities included maintaining production quotas, tracking project progress, running nightly system back-ups and plotting.
• Lead production on multi-utility infrastructure GIS project for Wright-Patterson Airforce Base.
• Twice named Employee of the Month
• Manager of second shift production.
