  • Provide support to office/clerical staff, loader operators, and yard staff.
  • Manage daily work efforts of all branch and office staff.
  • Assure that all yard and clerical employees are properly trained concerning their specific job functions.
  • Maintained branches budget and plan.
  • Constantly working to maintain and meet all of our customers’ needs and service level agreements.
  • Currently, train all aspects of branch operations to include training branch office yard managers also yard attendants, and customer service representatives.
  • Set up one of significant and biggest CAT events pre-CAT team our company had dealt with in several years.
  • I set up multiple locations to support a large influx of vehicles coming in.
  • After Hurricane Sandy, and there were numerous CAT events in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Virginia; for each of these events, I secured logistical and personnel staffing needs through local and regional management.
  • For all these events, I had to work with real estate to find storage locations for incoming cars and ensure that yards were laid out according to best practices, if possible
